JOIN US FOR THE NSW STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS
SATURDAY 6th DECEMBER – SATURDAY 13th DECEMBER 2025

The NSW State Championships will be run to a Handicapped Distance Tasking, Grand Prix format for all classes. Each Group will be sent off with a set start time using individual racing tasks to achieve the correct handicapped distance. The first back to the field is the winner and points are awarded for elapsed time. This is a fun format and viewers will know exactly where you are placed against your mates as tracking will show the actual race order in the GP.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS  When registering pilots will be required to verify they have:

GFA Membership

Current GPC or FAI Competitor’s License

Log book with current Annual Flight Review

Proof of insurance policy with competition endorsement

Maintenance Release for the glider

Current parachute packing slip

Signed endorsement for inexperienced Pilots

Will be bound by the Gliding Australia anti-doping policy

Comply with Member Protection Policy ADMIN008 and its codes of conduct

A radio with frequencies 122.025, 126.15, 126.7 and other CTAFs as required

An operational Flarm unit
